Reunion is 4 months away!

Happy New Year, Classmates! Our 45th Reunion is fast approaching, so if you haven’t already done so, please mark your calendars for May 25-28.

45th reunion logoAnnouncing our 45th Reunion Theme: Smith ’72 – RPM Classic

Every reunion needs a theme, and we have a really fun one for our 45th – RPM Classic – Rockin’, Powerful, Marvelous. Parade Chair Maggie MacDonald is looking for your ideas for Parade signs. Think back to your favorite ’45 records and songs you played in the 1970’s, as well as political humor, TV shows or topical subjects of the time. Each sign can contain 4 lines of a maximum of 4 words per line and submit your ideas to margueritemacdonald@gmail.com by no later than February 8, 2017.

Coming up in February

Feburary 10th Mini-Reunion in Florida – Kim Albright and Lou Zellner are planning a mini-reunion in Sarasota for ’72 classmates. If you’re local to the area, you could simply come to the dinner Friday evening. Alternatively, for those who would like to make a weekend of it, Kim and Lou have put together a list of hotels, a note on airports, and fun activities like yoga on the beach, visit to the Botanic garden, beach walk on Siesta Key, etc. If you’re planning to be in Florida at that time and would like to attend, please contact Kim ( albright.kim@gmail.com) or Lou (ltzellner@gmail.com) for details. Stay tuned for news of other mini-reunions! If you are interested in hosting one, or want to know if one is planned for your area, please contact Thayer Baine (thayer.baine@gmail.com).
